Luigi Penco
Luigi serves as the technical and operational leader driving the company’s vision and execution.
He holds a Ph.D. in Robotics and is the originator of both the core concept and its enabling technologies. With over a decade of experience in advanced robotics and AI, he has led research and development efforts in collaboration with leading institutions including IHMC, NASA, ONR, and ARL, as well as top humanoid robotics companies. He brings deep domain expertise, a proven track record of innovation, and a global network within the robotics community. Luigi currently serves as Co-Chair of the IEEE-RAS Technical Committee on Telerobotics, reflecting his leadership and influence in the field. Luigi is Italian, but also speaks English, French, Spanish.

Claudia leads the company’s brand, communications, and entertainment strategy, shaping its public narrative and market positioning.
With a multidisciplinary background in communications and law, she brings over a decade of experience across the entertainment and technology sectors. She began her career in production and administrative roles at leading opera houses and symphony orchestras in Europe and the United States, before advancing to artist management, where she represented Grammy Award–winning musicians. She later transitioned into the tech space, where she played a key role in coordinating the robotics lab at IHMC. Claudia combines creative vision with operational rigor and brings a global perspective to the company. She is fluent in French, Spanish, Italian, and English.
